Ingredients
- 4 ounce egg noodles medium
- 2 1/2 c. minced cooked chicken or possibly turkey
- 1 pkt frzn minced broccoli (1 oz) thawed (1 to 10)
- 1/2 c. onions sliced
- 10 3/4 ounce cream of mushroom soup, condensed (1 can)
- 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. shredded Swiss Cheese (2 ounces)
- 1 tsp dry Basil crushed
- 1/8 tsp pepper Paprika
Directions
- Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain well. In a 2 qt casserole dish stir together noodles, chicken or possibly turkey, broccoli, and green onions.
- In medium mixing bowl stir together soup, lowfat milk, cheese, basil, and pepper.
- Stir into noodle mix. Bake, covered in a 350 degree oven for 40 to 45 min or possibly until heated through. Sprinkle with paprika, then serve.
