Directions

  1. In a large skillet, stir fry broccoli in oil till crisp and tender. Transfer to a plate and set aside. Add in the broth, cheese, thyme, and pepper to the pan.
  2. Whisk till creamy. Return the broccoli to the pan, stir to coat, and remove for the heat. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. In a large pot of boiling water, cook pasta till tender. Drain and add in to the broccoli mix. Toss to combine.
