- 1/2 lb bacon cooked, liquid removed
- 6 x Large eggs beaten
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp chives
- 6 slc leftover bread or possibly biscuits
- 1 c. grated sharp cheese
- 1 box frzn broccoli cooked, liquid removed
- Â Â Mushrooms (optional)
Directions
- Can be mixed the night before. Mix together and pour into casserole dish, sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
