  • 2 watermelon radishes
  • 2 black (Nero Tondo) radishes
  • 4 cherry belle radishes
  • 8 French breakfast radishes
  • 4 purple breakfast radishes
  • 4 hailstone (white) radishes
  • 8 small white turnips
  • 12 baby red onions
  • Almond cream (recipe follows)
  • Assorted microgreens (I used Hong Vit radish and purple radish)
  • ~3-4 T butter, melted
  • Sea salt
  • 3.5 oz toasted almonds
  • 2 C milk
  • 1/8 oz agar agar powder
