Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1/2 - 1 green pepper, minced
- Salt and pepper
- 1 quart. canned tomatoes
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 tbsp. sweet basil
- 2-3 tbsp. spaghetti sauce seasoning (Spice Island brand)
Directions
- Brown hamburger with onion and green pepper. Add in salt, pepper, canned tomatoes, tomato paste, garlic pwdr, basil and spaghetti sauce seasoning. Simmer for 15 min.
- For lasagna, layer noodles, sauce and cheese. Repeat several times. Bake for 30 min at 350 degrees or possibly till bubbly.
