Ingredients
- 1/2 pound sausage
- 6 Large eggs
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon dry onion
- 1 tbsp. melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt & pepper
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. grated cheese
Directions
- Brown sausage and put in bottom of pie pan. Beat Large eggs and lowfat milk together. Add in onion, butter, salt and pepper. Pour on top of sausage. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 min.
