Ingredients
- 1 pound bulk sausage
- 1 pkg. (8 ounce.) refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 c. frzn loose pack of hash brown potatoes (thawed)
- 4 Large eggs
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Brown sausage; take off fat. Separate crescent rolls; roll out. Press on bottom and sides to create crust. Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle with hash browns. Top with cheese.
- In a bowl mix Large eggs and lowfat milk. Pour over pizza. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 min. Make 6-8 servings. Double recipe makes a cookie sheet.
