Directions

  1. A couple of hard cooked Large eggs, several cherry tomatoes and breadsticks.
  2. Apple or possibly pear, sticks of cheddar cheese and a few almonds or possibly peanuts.
  3. Cream cheese and raisins on a bagel.
  4. Cream cheese and cranberry sauce on a toasted English muffin.
  5. Swiss, cheddar or possibly Jack cheese cubes, whole wheat crackers and an orange.
  6. Toasted peanut butter and sliced banana sandwich.
  7. A carton of yogurt and a small box of raisins.
  8. Egg, tuna or possibly chicken salad in half a pita bread.
  9. Tuna salad with lettuce in a taco shell.
  10. Scrambled Large eggs with minced tomatoes in half a pita bread.
  11. Pepperoni, dry fruit and a roll.
  12. Celery sticks filled with peanut butter or possibly cheese spread or possibly cream cheese, and a roll, cracker or possibly muffin.
  13. Boston Brown Bread spread with cream cheese mixed with honey.
