A delicious combination of maple flavored ice cream with chunks of pancake and bacon!

  1. 1. Cook bacon until crisp and let cool. Cut bacon and pancakes into the size of choice for ice cream.
  2. 2. In a medium size bowl, whip the cream to soft/medium peaks.
  3. 3. In a large size bowl mix together the sweetened condensed milk, syrup, bacon, and pancake pieces. Once combined, fold in the whipped cream.
  4. 4. Place in a freezer safe container and freeze overnight. Enjoy!
