Ingredients
- 2 c. Bisquick mix
- 1 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- sprinkle of cinnamon
- 1/2 c. sugar
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until smooth.
- Pour some into a seasoned waffle iron and bake until golden.
- Serve with or without syrup. Or go all out and serve it with strawberries and whipped cream!
