Ingredients

  • FRUIT SHAKE
  • 1/2 c. Non-fat lowfat milk (liquid)
  • 2 Tbsp. Instant non-fat lowfat milk pwdr
  • 2 x Ripe bananas, pears or possibly peaches
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. Apple juice concentrate YOGURT SHAKE
  • 1 c. Plain low or possibly non-fat yogurt
  • 3/4 c. Fresh or possibly frzn fruit
  • 1 Tbsp. Fruit juice concentrate TOMATO-YOGURT SHAKE
  • 1 c. Plain low or possibly non-fat yogurt
  • 1 c. Tomato juice
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp Grated fresh ginger TROPICAL REFRESHER
  • 1 can (8 ounce) unsweetened pineapple liquid removed
  • 1 c. Plain low or possibly non-fat yogurt
  • 1 x Banana ORANGE Lowfat milk SHAKE #1
  • 1 c. Orange juice
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 c. Instant non-fat dry lowfat milk
  • 1 c. Water ORANGE Lowfat milk SHAKE #2
  • 1 c. Orange juice
  • 1 c. Non-fat lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Directions

  1. General directions for all drinks. Cut up fruit and remove seeds if any. Place ingredients for desired drink in blender. Blend 30 to 45 seconds. Serve.
