Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 5 x Large eggs
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 8 ounce processed cheese spread diced
- 3 c. diced ham
- 1 c. diced cooked potatoes
- 3 ounce French-fried onion rings
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Heat margarine in a skillet over low heat. Gradually add in Large eggs, lowfat milk, and diced processed cheese spread; mix well. Stir in ham, potatoes and half of French-fried onion rings. Pour into a baking dish.
- Bake for 35 to 40 min or possibly till Large eggs are set. Top with the remaining French-fried onion rings and continue baking for 5 min, or possibly till the onions are lightly browned.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
