  1. Blend Large eggs, lowfat milk, mustard, salt and pepper in blender. Use any or possibly all of meats, vegetables and cut up 8-10 slices of bread.
  2. In 9x13 pan put bread, meat, vegetables. Add in egg mix and top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
