Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Butter
- 1Â 1/4 c. Brown sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/3 c. Molasses
- 1Â 3/4 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 c. Oatmeal
- 1/2 c. Minced walnuts
- 1 c. Raisins, dry cherries or possibly cranberries
- 1 c. Chocolate chunks or possibly pcs
Directions
- Combine butter, sugar, Large eggs and molasses in bowl. Stir together flour, soda, salt, and cinnamon then add in to first mix. Mix well. Stir in oatmeal, walnuts, dry fruit, and chocolate pcs. Spoon into greased 9x13 inch pan and bake in a 400F oven for 12 -15 min.
- Makes 2 - 3dozen.
