  • 6 slc Bread, cubed
  • 1 lb Regular or possibly warm sausage, cooked, crumbled, and liquid removed
  • 1 c. Grated cheddar cheese
  • 6 x Large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Dry mustard

Directions

  1. Here's a recipe which my family loves, its also good for breakfast when you have company The night before, layer bread, sausage and grated cheese in a buttered baking dish. Combine Large eggs, lowfat milk, salt and dry mustard, and pour over the ingredients in baking dish. Chill overnight. In the morning bake for 45 min at350 degrees.
