Ingredients
- 20 Ritz crackers
- 1 T parsley flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon grnd red pepper
- 2 ounce whipped butter
- 12 sm. scallops
- 4 ounce grated Cheddar cheese
- Paprika for garnish
Directions
- Preheat oven 350 degrees. Crumble crackers to fine crumbs. Mix crumbs, parsley, oregano, garlic and red pepper. Stir in soft butter. Add in scallops and cheese and mix well. Put into buttered baking dish and bake 15 min.
