Ingredients

  • 4-6 center cut pork chops
  • 1 c. Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. Viva Italian shaker top dressing
  • 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil to fill lg. frying pan to 1/2 inch

Directions

  1. In large frying pan heat oil over medium high heat. Soak pork chops on both sides with Italian dressing, then bread thoroughly. Place in medium heated oil till edges turn light brown, then turn chops and cook on low for 15 min. Simmer about 30 min.
