Directions

  1. Whisk egg and lowfat milk together. Dip pork chops in egg and then bread crumbs. In a non-stick frying pan, place extra virgin olive oil, garlic and onion. Saute till transparent. Add in breaded pork chops and cook over medium heat for approximately 10 min on each side till medium to dark brown. 4 servings.
