Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked cauliflower-flowerettes (tender-crisp), cooled
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3 T seasoned bread crumbs
- 3 T Parmesan cheese
- 2 T butter
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
Directions
- In mixing bowl, put together cauliflower and egg, mixing well to coat cauliflower. In small bowl, put together bread crumbs and cheese; sprinkle over cauliflower and toss to coat.Heat butter in non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat; add in garlic and saute till soft. Spread cauliflower in single layer and cook, turning till golden brown on all sides.
