  1. Saute celery and onion in butter
  2. Add bread cubes, stock, parsely, poultry seasoning and mix well
  3. Pan in 4 inch half-size steamable pans
  4. Bake at 350 degrees F until browned and minimum internal temperature reaches 165 F or higher for 15 seconds
  5. Hold for service
