Ingredients
- 1 loaf stale French bread
- 4 c. lowfat milk
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. raisins
- 3 tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 tbsp. vanilla
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 c. pecans, minced
Directions
- Combine all ingredients; stir just till bread is moistened. Pour into buttered baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 15 min. Serve hot with Whiskey Sauce.
