  1. Soak bread in lowfat milk 15 min; add in dash of nutmeg and 1/3 c. sugar to beaten egg. Add in to bread and lowfat milk and mix thoroughly. Pour into greased baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Put dish in pan of hot water and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
