Directions

  1. Combine Large eggs, sugars, vanilla, and nutmeg. Add in melted butter, then cream, then coloring; mix well. Stir in cubed bread and raisins and let stand 10-15 min.
  2. Pour into well-greased deep pan or possibly casserole. Bake at 375 degrees 45 to 60 min till golden. Serve hot topped with vanilla sauce. Serves 6-8 people.
