Ingredients
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup Italian balsamic vinegar (splurge a bit on this)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- 2 tbs. fresh herbs, including basil or 1 tbs. dry Italian seasoning
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tsp cracked peppercorns
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate several hours.
- Serve room temp.
