- 1/4 tsp salt
- 75 gm sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 5 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp cinnamon pwdr

- After the first row is neatly arranged, scatter freely with (A). Arrange the next layer and place the rest of the mixed fruits over.
- Beat up (C) and strain through a fine sieve into the remaining lowfat milk. Blend together and pour over the bread and fruit in the dish.
- Allow to stand for 30 min for the bread to absorb the custard mix. Sprinkle the top with cinnamon pwdr and place halved red cherries around.
