Ingredients
- 2 ounce Unsweetened chocolate
- 2 c. Half and half
- 1 c. Brandy
- 2 c. Warm brewed coffee
- 2/3 c. Sugar
- 3/4 c. Whipping cream
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
Directions
- Cook chocolate and half-and-hal;f in a large saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, till chocolate melts (don't boil(. Add in brandy, coffee, and sugar, stirring till sugar melts. Remove from heat. Beat whipping cream and vanilla at high speed with an electric mixer till soft peaks form. Fold into coffee mix. Serve immediately.
