- 1/2 c. Brown sugar, packed
- 1 tsp Orange peel, grated
- 1/2 c. Brandy 8 Med.yams,cooked,peel,slice))

- Â Â Sliced.
Directions
- Heat margarine in large skillet. Add in sugar and stir over low heat till melted. Add in yams, orange peel, and brandy and cook over low heat 15 minutes.
