  1. In a large pot, combine the roasted pork, mui choy, cane sugar, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sesame oil, and water. Bring it to a boil and reduce the heat. Simmer for about 1 1/2 hours. Adjust the seasoning with sugar and salt. Serve warm.
