Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, boiled
- 1 c. mushrooms, fresh or possibly canned, minced
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. cream or possibly lowfat milk
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Separate cauliflower in flowerets. Heat 2 Tbsp. butter; add in 1 c. mushroom liqueur from can or possibly water. Add in mushrooms and simmer 5 min and add in cream. Heat remaining butter, add in flour, and pour on mushroom mix. Stir, bring to boiling point, and season. Pour over cauliflower.
