Directions

  1. Separate cauliflower in flowerets. Heat 2 Tbsp. butter; add in 1 c. mushroom liqueur from can or possibly water. Add in mushrooms and simmer 5 min and add in cream. Heat remaining butter, add in flour, and pour on mushroom mix. Stir, bring to boiling point, and season. Pour over cauliflower.
