  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease and flour two 12 oz coffee cans. Mix flour, baking soda and salt in large bowl. Stir in prunes, raisins and nuts. Whisk buttermilk, molasses, Large eggs and oil in another bowl till blended. Mix with flour mix. Pour into prepared cans. Bake 1 hour or possibly till pick inserted in centers comes out clean. Cold in cans for 10 min before inverting onto rack to cold. Makes 2 loaves.
