Ingredients
- What you need:
- At 6 liters of water
- Cabbage - 1 - 1.5 kg.
- pork (you can use beef) - 300 gr.
- Chicken - 1 leg quarter
- Potatoes - 300 gr.
- Carrots - 1 pc.
- Beetroot - 1 pc. (Small)
- Bell pepper - 1 pc.
- Parsnip root - 1 pc.
- Tomatoes - 1 kg. (You can substitute tomato paste)
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Garlic - 3-4 cloves.
- Herbs: parsley, dill - 20 g.
