After a couple of weeks, I’ve finally had the chance to use up my six bottles of Food for Sleep, a 2 1/2 ounce drink that’s designed to help you get a good night sleep. Here are the variety of ways I put it to the test:

First bottle

The first night was when my husband was out of town. I usually don’t sleep very well when he’s gone. I decided to take Food for Sleep around 10 pm.

I had been keeping the Food for Sleep shots in the refrigerator, as I know they’d taste a little better. (The cherry juice is rather tart, like a sour yogurt drink.)
