Ingredients: 1 can pumpkin; 1 teaspoon ginger; 4 Large eggs; 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg; 1 can lowfat milk; 1 box yellow cake mix; 1 1/2 c. sugar; 1 c. butter, melted; 2 teaspoon cinnamon; 1 c. nuts, minced; Whipped cream (optional)

Ingredients

1 can pumpkin
1 teaspoon ginger
4 Large eggs
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 can lowfat milk
1 box yellow cake mix
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter, melted
2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 c. nuts, minced
Whipped cream (optional)

Directions

Mix all but the cake mix together; put into an ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix on top. Pour butter over cake mix. Sprinkle top with nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. If you like, top with whip cream.
