Ingredients
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. coconut, grated or possibly flaked
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- Pastry for 8 inch pie
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat Large eggs lightly. Add in sugar, coconut, butter, lowfat milk, and vanilla. Pour into pie shell and bake for 45 to 50 min or possibly till set. Serves 6.
