Ingredients
- 3 1/2 to 4 pound pork loin
- 1 can whole cranberry sauce
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 3/4 c. orange juice
- 1/4 teaspoon grnd ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
- Roast meat at 325 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 hrs. Let stand 20 min before slicing into serving dish. Pour sauce over meat and return to oven 10 to 15 min.
