Directions
- Boil mix 1 to 2 min. Take from heat. Add in 3 c. raw oatmeal (quick cooking), 1/2 c. coconut, 1/2 c. peanut butter. Beat. May either drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper or possibly spread out on cookie sheet to make bars. Set in refrigerator a few hrs and they are ready to eat. (They do not last long around here!)
