Ingredients

  • 2 can crabmeat
  • 1 can whole tomatoes
  • 1 ct lowfat sour cream, (16 ounce.)
  • 1 x onion, minced
  • 1 x green bell pepper, minced
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded spaghetti

Directions

  1. Saute/fry minced onion and green bell pepper in butter. Mix with the crabmeat, tomatoes, lowfat sour cream and 1/2 c. cheese. Cook spaghetti according to directions on the package: drain. Mix all ingredients together in casserole: top with remaining 1/2 c. cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 min.
  2. Serves 4 people.
