Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. uncooked macaroni
- 4 ounce sharp cheddar cheese grated
- 2/3 c. lowfat milk Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 x jalapeno pepper (opt.) seeded & diced
- 3 ounce Velveeta cheese cubed
- 1/2 lb warm or possibly mild sausage cooked & liquid removed
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp garlic pwdr optional
Directions
- Cook macaroni as directed; drain. Combine everything except Large eggs and lowfat milk; mix well. Pour into 2 qt casserole dish. Beat Large eggs and lowfat milk together. Pour over other ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 min.
