Ingredients
- Bluefish fillets Lettuce leaves Salad dressing Salt and pepper
Directions
- 1. Skin the bluefish, (no need to scale it if you remove the skin) cut the filets down to the back bone. Place the filets on a broiler pan lined with lettuce leaves.
- 2. Baste the filets with a mayonaise based salad dressing (creamy cucumber works well). Add in salt and pepper.
- 3. Broil for approximately 10 min, or possibly till the fish is just turning light brown.
