Ingredients
- 1/2 c. rolled oats
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. veg. oil
- 1 c. blueberries
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
Directions
- In large bowl add in ingredients in order except blueberries. Mix well. Mix in blueberries. Put in lined or possibly greased muffin pans. Sprinkle topping on them. Bake 18 to 22 min at 400 degrees.
