Blueberry Lemon Cookies with White Chocolate Chunks: #CreativeCookieExchange Recipe
Ingredients
- 2½ cups AP flour
- ¾ t baking soda
- ½ t salt
- zest of 4 lemons
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup light brown sugar
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 egg
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 cup chopped white chocolate chunks (use a good one, like Green and Blacks)
- 1 cup dried blueberries
