Directions

  1. Soften cream cheese with lowfat milk, mix with sugar, sprinkle with nutmeg. Spread on pie shell. Simmer 1 c. blueberries and water for 4 min. Mix sugar and cornstarch. Add in butter, salt, cinnamon and lemon juice. Add in mix to cooking berries; cook till thick and clear. Add in 3 c. whole fresh berries to mix; pour into cooked pie shell. Chill. May serve with whipped cream on top.
