  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 9-inch round cake pan with cooking spray; line bottom with wax paper. Coat wax paper with cooking spray. Beat 2/3 c sugar and 1/4 c margarine at medium speed of a mixer till blended
  2. (about 5 min). Add in vanilla and egg; beat well. Lightly spoon 1 1/3 c. flour into dry measuring c.; level with knife. Combine 1 1/3 c. flour, baking pwdr, baking soda, and salt. Add in flour mix to creamed mix alternating with buttermilk, beginning and ending with flour mix. Stir in blueberries. Pour into prepared pan. Combine 3 Tablespoons sugar and remaining ingredients in a bowl; stir till mix resembles coarse meal. Sprinkle sugar mix over batter. Bake at 350 for 40 min or possibly till a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cold on a wire rack.
