  • For the Cake:

  • 10 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • ⅔ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon grated lemon zest
  • 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs, at room temperature
  • 4 cups (20 ounces) fresh blueberries
