Ingredients
- 1 x recipe processor pizza dough
- 1/2 c. light brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. quick cooking oats
- 2 Tbsp. light margarine cool
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp cornmeal
- 1 x 12 ounce bag frzn blueberries
- 1 x ripe banana diced
- 3 ounce nonfat cream cheese chilled
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400. Prepare pizza dough and set it aside to rest. In a food processor combine sugar, flour, oats, margarine, salt and cinnamon. Pulse till crumbly and set aside.
- Lightly spray a baking stone with Pam and sprinkle with corn meal. Shape dough into a 12x16 rectangle on prepared stone.
- Arrange frzn berries and bananas on top. Top with cheese and sprinkle with streusel topping. Fold up edges of dough and crimp, forming a higher crust than for regular pizza. Bake for about 20 min or possibly till filling is bubbly and crust is golden brown. Allow to cold for at least 5 min before cutting.
- Description: "Mixed berries or possibly half raspberries and half blueberries may be used."
- NOTES : This was great..and easy. The original recipe specified neufchatel and regular butter or possibly margarine.
