Ingredients
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 c. Flour
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 8 slc hard bread, white or possibly- Wheat bread
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except for the bread. Blend well. Pour into a shallow dish or possibly pan. Place bread slices into the dish. Turn to coat bread on both sides. Cook on griddle or possibly in a skillet, in oil, margarine or possibly butter, till golden brown, turn and cook till second side is golden brown. Serve with syrup or possibly confectioners sugar.
