  1. Mash a bit of the cheese with some of the salad oil. Crush or possibly mince garlic. Add in the rest of ingredients. Shake till creamy.
  2. Steam 1-2 pounds shrimp. Peel. Serve over lightly steamed broccoli, cauliflower and cooked pasta. Serves 6.
