Ingredients
- 1 c. blue cheese
- 3 gloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2/3 c. salad oil
- 1/4 c. vinegar
Directions
- Mash a bit of the cheese with some of the salad oil. Crush or possibly mince garlic. Add in the rest of ingredients. Shake till creamy.
- Steam 1-2 pounds shrimp. Peel. Serve over lightly steamed broccoli, cauliflower and cooked pasta. Serves 6.
