Ingredients
- 1 can olives, whole, pitted
- 2 med. tomatoes, diced
- 1 sm. onion, diced
- 1 lg. avocado, diced
- 10 teaspoon mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 med. cucumber
- 1 (6 ounce.) wedge of blue cheese
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 2/3 c. oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 lg. head of lettuce, minced or possibly torn
Directions
- Mix together, olives, tomato, onion, avocado, mushrooms and cucumber. Add in oil, vinegar, and garlic pwdr. Toss. Crumble blue cheese and add in to mix, then lettuce. Toss well.
