Ingredients
- 1 tsp Chopped garlic
- 1/4 tsp Dry mustard, preferably Coleman's
- 1/2 tsp Freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1/8 tsp Freshly-grnd white pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 dsh Warm pepper sauce
- 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1Â 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. Buttermilk
- 1/4 lb Maytag blue cheese crumbled
Directions
- In a bowl whisk together garlic, mustard, black pepper, and white pepper and whisk in the vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and warm pepper sauce. Add in the lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise, buttermilk and whisk the dressing till it is combined well. Mix in the blue cheese and refrigeratethe dressing, covered, overnight. The dressing keeps, covered and chilled for 1 week.
