Ingredients
- 1/2 pound blue cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 pound unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1/4 c. coarsely minced walnuts
- 2 tbsp. Kirschwasser
- 2 lbs. boiled ham, thinly sliced
Directions
- Beat cheese and butter till creams. Beat in walnuts and Kirschwasser; chill. Spread on ham slices and roll lengthwise, according to slice of ham. Secure with toothpick. 25 ham rolls.
